If you are based in the UK but live further afield, Camilla also offers virtual physio sessions (via Zoom).

Clinic Appointments
Camilla offers clinic appointments from Holistic Hideout at Norman Court, West Tytherley, SP5 1NH and The Natal Clinic, in South Wonston near Winchester, SO21 3EW. Both Clinics are in lovely quiet locations, with private treatment rooms and toilets. There is plenty of space for parking just outside the clinics and room inside for buggies.

Virtual Physio
Camilla is also able to offer video appointments (via Zoom) if you live in the UK. Do contact us for more information or if you have any questions about how these appointments work.

Payment
The full cost of your treatment is payable in advance or at the time of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: online BACS transfer or card payment at your appointment.​
I am afraid we do not accept payment from any insurance companies. If you are seeking payment from a cash back policy, you will need to pay for your appointment and ask us to issue you a receipt.

Cancellation policy​
Whilst we understand that things sometimes happen to stop you attending your appointment, please let us know if you need to reschedule an appointment at your earliest convenience so we can allow other patients to book in as required.
If you miss, cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24hour notice, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee (listed on our website). We reserve the right to discharge repeat offenders.
In the unlikely event of us cancelling your appointment, due to staff sickness for example, an alternative appointment will be arranged.​
